HR Generalist – Plant Locations

In conjunction with the Human Resources management team you will assist in the strategic development and execution of Employee Relations programs, staff training and development as well as recruitment and retention of employees. Even though this is an entry point into Sara Lee’s HR program you will have the opportunity to shape and implement strategic initiatives. Prerequisites
- Relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment, with related HR background.
- Master’s degree preferred or 2-3 years HR Generalist experience.
- Strong understanding of the business environment and its impact on employee population.
- Change agent who will drive strategic HR initiatives.
- Excellent communications and organization skills.
