Our programs (found in the Global Learning Plan) target global audiences including diverse employee populations and high potential talent. Our Global Learning Plan is organized in three areas.

Our Business Excellence Programs are linked tightly to the key business processes within Sara Lee. The programs we provide include: Marketing Excellence Program, Sales Excellence Program, Project Management, and Continuous Improvement.

High Performance Culture – We have a common framework for developing leadership skills and a high performing culture within our organization. We deliver programs for entire teams, and also for selected individuals who then have the opportunity to connect and leverage best practices with employees from other parts of the business. We use a consistent framework to describe what is expected of a leader at Sara Lee to help build a common language around leadership expectations. This includes many on-line e-learning offerings so you can get what you need, when you need it with maximum convenience.

High Potential Development – We have a number of programs focused on accelerating the growth of our employees who have been identified as having the potential to move to the next management level within 1-3 years. This includes our Management Development Centers which provide participants with extensive feedback about their individual performance and support them in creating a Personal Development Plan to help reach maximize their potential and reach their short and long term career goals.
