Production Operations Supervisor

Prerequisites
- Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred or experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Required knowledge of accepted quality assurance procedures and guidelines, effective oral and written communication skills and expertise in the areas of human relations skills and team development.
- Problem solving and planning skills focused on the ability to plan, prioritize and execute Leadership skills that exhibit integrity, ownership and a "can-do" attitude
- Decision-making skills with an inherent ability to command, consult, gain consensus and effective delegation
- Willing and able to rotate shifts.
