Customer Service Account Manager

What this role offers you is the opportunity to be the hub between Sara Lee’s supply chain and our customers. You will be responsible for all aspects of the relationship including, direct receipt of orders for product, prompt issue resolution, as well as on-going maintenance and growth of the relationship with the customer. We want you to help us delight our customers every day.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 3-5 years relevant experience in a customer service environment.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to instill confidence in our customers related to account management.
