Sara Lee has established a core Wellness & Nutrition function with experienced PhD Nutrition Science/Communications experts to lead our wellness and nutrition strategy and ensure our initiatives are based on sound science. They also initiate internal and external relationships to communicate Sara Lee’s wellness and nutrition strategies and help provide expert guidance as well as a strong foundation of nutrition science, public policy and long-term protein research program
To help ensure our work is grounded in science and the latest research, we collaborate with outside experts to make sure we hear all points of view on wellness and nutrition. Our Nutrition Advisory Council is comprised of renowned nutrition scientists and dietitians, brings independence and objectivity and provides invaluable insights into our wellness and nutrition initiatives.
